These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the resard.com website (the “Site”). By starting to use the Site, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of the Terms, please stop using the Site.
The Site’s materials are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Submitting a feedback form, a message, or otherwise contacting us through the details provided is a request for a consultation and does not create any obligation for the Studio to provide services. The scope of work, timing, cost, and payment terms are determined individually and set out in a separate agreement concluded with the Studio before work begins.
The text, images, renderings, brand identity, design elements, and structure of the Site are the intellectual property of the Studio or are used under the corresponding rights.
